MY FRIEND SANDY'S "CHICKEN
SUPREME"
 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain Wild Rice
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 chicken breasts
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 cube butter
1 c. white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken until done. Save broth; debone meat. In a large skillet, melt butter and saute mushrooms. To this pan add can of soup diluting with wine and broth. Add cooked chicken, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer approximately 15 to 20 minutes. May need to thin sauce with either water, wine or broth.

Prepare rice, following directions on box. Serve over top of rice. Is easy to prepare and makes a nice company dish. 4 servings.
