BUBBLING MUSHROOMS 
16 lg. mushrooms
Dash salt
Dash savory
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. dried onion soup
1/2 pkg. chopped dried beef or baby shrimp or crab meat
Chopped mushroom stems

Rinse mushrooms and remove stems, drain on paper towel. Dust with salt and savory inside. Blend cream cheese, sour cream, onions, chopped mushroom stems, and desired meat. Fill caps liberally with mixture. Place on broiler pan. Broil 7 to 8 minutes, 6 inches from heat until browned. Some like this not cooked at all.
