TANGY MUSHROOM SALAD 
For each serving, tear Bibb or Boston lettuce into bite size pieces (3/4 cup) into salad bowl. Add 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms and 1 tablespoon Make-your- own Cocktail Sauce (below) and toss. 1 serving/35 calories.

MAKE-YOUR-OWN COCKTAIL SAUCE:

1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate leftover sauce. (About 1 1/2 cups/15 calories per tablespoon.)

Variation: TANGY SHRIMP APPETIZER SALAD: Add 1/4 cup cleaned cooked shrimp with the mushrooms. (1 serving/75 calories.)
