ASPARAGUS BAKE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) asparagus, cut spears
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 egg white, beaten

Drain asparagus. Place in shallow baking dish with red pepper. Mix butter, cheese and green onions. Fold in egg white. Spread over asparagus. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
