RECEPTION SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
Juice from 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Crushed pineapple from the can
2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, mashed with 1 sm. can pimentos
1/2 c. celery, cut fine
2/3 c. black walnuts, cut fine
1/2 pt. whipped cream (chilled Milnot which has been whipped may be used)
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix gelatin with pineapple juice which has been brought to a boil. When it begins to set, add other ingredients in order given. Mixture is folded into cream which has been whipped. Chill until firm and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
