CORN BREAD - LOW CHOLESTEROL 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. unsifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
2 tbsp. sugar

In large bowl combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Blend together milk and Egg Beaters. Stir into cornmeal mixture. Beat for one minute. Pour into greased 8" square baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
