TEXAS BEANS 
1 lb. cooked pinto beans
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion
Garlic to taste
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
Jalapeno pepper to taste

Brown meat and saute onion, garlic and green peppers. Combine beans, sugar, tomatoes and chopped green chilies. Add jalapeno peppers to taste and simmer. Dry pinto beans or canned can be used.
