CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. onion, chopped

Mix above ingredients well. Place into greased 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese lightly over entire dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
