AUNT KAS'S FRIED RICE 
4 c. cooked rice (instant)
1/2 lb. bacon
3 eggs
4 tbsp. bacon grease
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can corned beef
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut bacon in 1 inch pieces, fry and drain. Beat eggs and fry in 1 tablespoon bacon grease. Cut eggs in strips. Heat 3 tablespoon bacon grease in skillet and add cooked rice and stir. Blend in soy sauce, eggs, chopped onions, pieces of corned beef and bacon. Mix well. If wanted you may substitute other chopped meat or little shrimp instead of corned beef.
