KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 pkg. tortillas (soaked in chicken stock until wilted)
1 lg. fryer or hen (boiled, boned, and cut into small pieces)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 lg. bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 tsp. chili powder (sprinkle over cheese)
Garlic salt (sprinkle to taste)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel (tomatoes and chilies)

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
