PEAR DELIGHT 
6 oz. pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 qt. bottled pears
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. block cream cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Smash cream cheese with fork, smash pears with fork. Mix in 9"x13" pan, let partially set. Whip whipping cream with vanilla and sugar, add whipping cream to Jello mixture. Let set in refrigerator. If it doesn't set right add less liquid.
