CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
1 cup peanut butter
6 teaspoons. butter softened
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 package of chocolate Candiquik

Soften 6 teaspoons of butter by placing in microwave (approximately 20 seconds). Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups confectioners sugar, and the softened butter in a bowl until a nice texture is formed. Spoon out mixture and roll into balls, place on wax-paper. Let stand about 10 minutes (I cooled mine in the refrigerator during this time).

Melt chocolate Candiquik according to package directions and dip the peanut butter balls in the CANDIQUIK with a spoon. Set on wax paper to dry.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I love these, sure don't take kids long to finish these. I made at least 12 bowls though holidays. My mother adds wax to her chocolate but I don't. Still is as good as hers.
