ANISETTE 
1 1/2 c. vodka
1 1/2 c. Sugar Syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. anisette extract

Combine above into glass bottle. Put enough yellow food coloring to tint. Age 1 week.

SUGAR SYRUP:

1 lemon, grated
3 c. sugar
2 c. water

Bring to boil until sugar dissolves. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
