CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH BISCUITS 
1 1/2 c. diced chicken or turkey
16 oz. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sour cream
10 1/2 oz. chicken broth
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
9 oz. can biscuits

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in flour, cook until smooth. Add broth, stir until thick. Stir in pepper and sour cream. Stir in vegetables, chicken and onion. Simmer 5 minutes. Put 8 biscuits on top of hot chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 4-6 servings.
