BREAKFAST/BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
4 c. plain croutons
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
4 c. milk
1 lb. bacon bits, fried crisp

Place croutons in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix eggs, mustard, salt, onion powder and milk with wire whisk. Pour over croutons and cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Serves 6.
