BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. New York State Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Parsley
1 can mushrooms
2 c. croutons
1 tbsp. dry sage
1 grated onion
1/8 lb. butter

Add hot water until desired consistency. Top with extra cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
