BREAKFAST BRUNCH | |
12 slices whole wheat bread 6 slices low sodium, lowfat yellow cheese 6 oz. lean ham slices 1 3/4 c. egg substitute 3 c. skim milk Use non stick spray to grease 9 x 13 inch pan; place 6 slices of bread in bottom of pan. Top each with cheese; then ham. Top with other 6 slices of bread. Beat egg substitute and milk. Pour over bread. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Turn oven down to 200 degrees, to hold. Yield 15 servings. |
