BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
6 eggs, more if desired
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage
1 c. cheese
2 slices bread, cubed

Fry sausage, drain and crumble. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add salt and mustard, then milk, sausage, cheese, and bread. Pour into an 8 x 10 inch ungreased pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
