1/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. Quaker oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Cook first five ingredients together until they boil. Boil 3 minutes, turn off heat. Add oats, vanilla and nuts.
