CHOC-ECLAIR CAKE 
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
2 blocks semi-sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Layer graham crackers in cake pan. Mix pudding, milk, Cool whip; spread over crackers.

Melt in microwave 2 blocks semi-sweet chocolate; add butter, vanilla, corn syrup, 3 tablespoons milk and powdered sugar. Spread over cake. Refrigerate overnight.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
