“RUSSIAN CHICKEN” IS IN:

RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
8 oz. Russian dressing
1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade or apricot preserves

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix dry onion soup mix, preserves and dressing. Place chicken in 9x13-inch baking pan and pour mixture over the chicken.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes to an hour until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
