CHICKEN -N- SWISS CHEESE | |
6 to 8 pieces of chicken 1 pkg. Swiss cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 soup can of wine or water 1 pkg. stuffing mix 1/2 stick of butter Place chicken in a single layer pan with 1/2 slice cheese on or wrapped around chicken. Mix soup and wine (water). Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top of soup mixture. Pour melted butter over top of stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncover and bake 10 to 15 more minutes to crisp stuffing. |
