POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. raw sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage in large casserole. Dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 6.
