MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. cooked macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. sharp cheese

Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mustard. Add milk and grated cheese. Cook until thick. Add macaroni. Melt remaining butter and mix with crumbs for topping.
