SPANISH COFFEE CAKE 
2.5 c. flour
.75 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
.75 c. salad oil
1 beaten egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
.5 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour, sugars, nutmeg, salt and salad oil in bowl until crumbly. Take out.75 cups of this and set it aside. Add to it, the 1 teaspoon cinnamon and.5 cups nuts. This is the topping. To large mixture, add the buttermilk, soda and egg.
