MISSISSIPPI CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pan of cornbread
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans seasoned tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 large container sour cream
1-1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 large bag shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack works well)

Mix together mayonnaise, dressing mix and sour cream. Set aside.

Layer in LARGE bowl (punch bowl): 1/2 cornbread, 1 can beans, 1 can corn, 1 can tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper, 1/2 ranch dressing mixture, 1/2 cheese.

Repeat. Top with cheese and olives, hot peppers or whatever you like.
