QUICHE LORRAINE 
4 slices crisp crumbled bacon
3/4 c. sauteed onion slices
1 c. Muenster cheese, cubed
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper and nutmeg

Layer the bacon, onion slices and cheese in a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Beat together the eggs, half and half and rest of ingredients. Then pour over ingredients in shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then turn down oven to 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
