QUICHE LORRAINE 
5 eggs
5 oz. sour cream
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
1 c. whipping cream
6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Beat the eggs, add sour cream and mix until smooth. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Add cream and mix well. Spread 1/2 of the grated cheese in unbaked pie shell. Layer crumbled bacon over cheese and top with remaining cheese. Add sour cream mixture and bake at 300 degrees 1 hour, or until custard is golden brown and set.
