CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 (1 oz.) env. Knox unflavored gelatin
2 c. cranberries
1 sm. apple
1 med. orange
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can (5 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. cold water

Dissolve lemon Jello in 1/2 cup hot water, soften plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Grind and mix together apple, orange and cranberries. Add nuts, crushed pineapple and sugar. Mix well. Add the two gelatin mixtures, stir well. Mold.
