10 lg. vine ripened tomatoes, cleaned and chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. water

Combine ingredients and simmer together for 1 hour or more. Store in small containers and freeze. Use whenever tomato sauce is called for. Use as a sauce on top of an omelet. Add any of your favorite herbs while cooking.
