SOUPER SAUCY MEAT LOAF 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. sm. bread crumbs
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Blend soup and water. Combine 1/2 cup soup mixture with bread, onion, parsley, egg, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly with meat. Shape firmly into loaf; place in shallow pan (12x8x2 inch). Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour 15 minutes. Blend remaining soup with 2 tbsp. drippings. Heat; stir now and then. Serve over loaf. 4 to 6 servings.
