BARLEY BAKE DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3/4 c. barley, cooked for 15 minutes
1 can peas, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef, green pepper, onion, garlic and celery. Mix with the drained barley. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake in 375 degree oven for 2 hours.
