BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE 
1 box butterscotch pudding (not instant)
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
3/4 c. pecans
6 oz. butterscotch morsels

Microwave pudding and milk for 6 minutes. Add oil, vanilla and dry cake mix. Beat and pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle the pecans and butterscotch over the cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
