8-9 cups Rice 'Chex' Cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Nutella (hazlenut-cocoa spread)
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together chocolate chips, peanut butter, Nutella and butter. Stir until smooth; add vanilla. Pour over cereal; gently fold together until cereal is well covered.

Put half the powdered sugar into a gallon-sized plastic freezer bag; spoon half the cereal mixture into the bag, hold or zip closed and gently turn and shake until the cereal mixture is coated. Spread onto waxed paper until cooled.

Repeat with the remaining cereal mixture and sugar. Store in a tightly sealed container. I'm told you can freeze leftovers (I've never had any!)
