1 lb. snow peas
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Cook snow peas 5 minutes until crisp and tender, per package. Beat butter in small bowl with basil, orange rind and a little pepper. Mix until well blended. Drain peas. Add sauce to peas.
