CARROT, APPLE AND PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
7 slices tinted red apple rings, about 1 jar 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 7 cherries, natural mint flavor 1 (6 oz.) orange flavored jello 2 c. grated carrots Drain pineapple, reserving the syrup to be used later. Place apple rings in bottom of a salad dish. Place a cherry in center. Dissolve jello as directed on package. Use pineapple juice with enough water to make cold water needed to complete jello. Refrigerate until slightly jelled. |
