LASAGNA 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 jar Ragu with mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
Cottage cheese
Salt and pepper
Lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Toss with butter. Set aside. Brown hamburger and onions in oil. Drain thoroughly. Put into boiler and add Ragu sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until thick. In baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, meat sauce, and cottage cheese (spread lightly over sauce). Repeat once. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top with Mozzarella. Bake until Mozzarella has melted. Let cool 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
