LOW FAT CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 hen or lg. chicken (cook, debone & chop)
1 onion (chopped)
Several stalks celery (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked according to pkg.
Basil
Oregano 3 bay leaves
1/4 c. Worcestershire
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
2 cans water
2 sm. cans tomato paste
2 cans whole tomatoes

Saute onions, pepper and celery.
