SPAGHETTI SALAD 
3/4 pkg. spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 stalks celery, julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
1 green pepper, julienned
1 red pepper, julienned
1 sm. can sliced black olives
Pepperoni or ham, julienned
Cheese, just before serving
1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley, to taste

Break spaghetti into 1 inch pieces and cook until tender. Cool, then add vegetables and dressing. Mix well. Add spices and mix well again. Refrigerate awhile to let flavors blend. Serve.

This can be adapted to different tastes and vegetables in season. For kids I use green beans instead of peppers.

I've now taken to putting in blanched broccoli along with other ingredients.
