BLANCHE'S CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh cranberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 med. apples
1 or 2 med. oranges
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Dissolve Jello in 2 1/2 cups of hot water. Set aside to cool. Grind cranberries, apples and oranges. I grind each separate. I grind apples last so they won't turn brown. Add sugar (use more sugar if using sugar free Jello). Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart dish.
