MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1. 1/2 package lasagna noodles (cooked).

2. 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce, 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste, 1 pound leaf oregano, 2 teaspoons basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix together in large bowl. Spread 1/2 cup of this sauce over bottom of 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish.

3. 1 pound ground beef cooked and drained. Mix with remaining sauce.

4. 2 cups (1 pint) small curd cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes and 6 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix together in small bowl.

5. Layer 3 noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture, half of mozzarella, half of tomato sauce in dish. Repeat layers.

6. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top.

7. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 20-26 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
