PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
6 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar

Mix ingredients and pour into 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. Top with a mixture of Ritz crackers (1 tube, crushed) and 1 stick melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
