MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
4 (8 inch) flour tortilla, halved
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Place ground beef in a microwave bowl, cover with paper towel. Microwave high 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until done. Remove from microwave. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and kidney beans; stir. Layer four of the tortilla halves on the bottom of the baking dish, with straight sides along the outside. Spread half of the meat mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle with half the cheddar cheese and half of the Monterey Jack. Cover with the remaining tortillas. Spread with the remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheeses. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until hot through. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Serves.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
