FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough

Soften to room temperature. Spread on pizza pan. Bake as directed. Cool. Flatten cookie crust with dinner plate.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and spread on crust. Cool.

Top with bananas, peaches, grapes, strawberries, melons, kiwi, etc. Decorate in rings.

Optional: Melt 2 tablespoons plum jelly and 1 tablespoon water, brush on top of fruit. Dip bananas in lemon juice before putting on pizza.
