PEACHES & HONEY LEMON WHIPPED
CREAM
 
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. honey
5 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
6 fresh California peaches, peeled if desired & sliced
6 individual shortcakes (opt.)

Whip cream to soft peaks, slowly add honey and whip to stiff peaks. Fold in juice and peel. Serve over sliced peaches or top each shortcake with sliced peaches and spoonful of whipped topping. Makes 6 servings.
