COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
2 onions, finely grated
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. mint
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. wine or water
4 eggs
Flour
Olive oil

Mix meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, oregano, mint, cumin, bread crumbs, wine or water. Knead mixture. Shape into 1 inch ball. Dust with flour and saute in oil. When meatballs are cooked, place in covered dish and keep warm until ready to serve. Serves 2 dozen.
