FLIP FLOP SALAD | |
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello 3 c. boiling water 1 c. pineapple juice, reserved from canned pineapple 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened 5 tbsp. mayonnaise 2/3 pkg. miniature marshmallows 1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 pkg. Dream Whip mixed according to pkg. Mix first 3 ingredients and cool. DO NOT let it set. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Mix remaining ingredients. Put cream cheese mixture on bottom of pan, pour Jello mixture on top (watch it flip flop). When you drain crushed pineapple you have 1 cup pineapple juice. |
