CITRUS SPICED TEA 
3 qts. water
1/3 c. tea leaves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
2 sticks whole cinnamon
4 lemons
3 oranges

Heat 2 quarts water to boiling. Remove from heat. Add tea. Cover and steep 10 minutes. Strain into crock pot. Add sugar, cloves, allspice, and cinnamon. Heat on low (200 degrees) until sugar is dissolved. Remove peel from 2 lemons and 2 oranges with a vegetable peeler. Add to pot. Squeeze juice from fruit. Strain and pour into pot. Add remaining water. Heat until steaming hot. Makes 24 servings.
