BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. browned and drained sausage
1 c. cooked diced potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)

Mix above; bake in 9x13-inch pan for 30-40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
