MEATBALL STEW 
1 lb. chopped meat
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 med. can peas
5 peeled and sliced carrots (or chunks)
3 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. combined salt, pepper, parsley and bread crumbs
3 eggs
Sm. amount of milk

Beat eggs. Add eggs and bread crumb mixture to chop meat. Add milk a little at a time until medium soft texture. Roll into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter). Brown meatballs in pan (no oil required). In 3 quart pot, add tomato sauce, 3 cans of water, salt, pepper, carrots and potatoes. Cook for an hour adding water as required. Add meatballs and cook 30 minutes more. Add peas and cook an hour more. Add water while cooking as required. Serve with warm Italian bread.
